Back to school and the start of the fall sports season means busy weeknights. I don’t know about you, but my days are jam packed with work, school, sports practice, music lessons, and well just life. This leaves me with little time to prep and cook dinner. Not to fear, sheet pan dinner for the WIN!

How to make parmesan chicken?

Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil or coat with non-stick spray. Lay chicken evenly on the sheet pan and place on the side. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Evenly top the chicken with the parmesan mayo coating. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or golden brown and chicken cooked to a temperature of 165F.

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with foil or coat with non-stick spray. Lay chicken evenly on the sheet pan and place on the side.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, and bread crumbs. Evenly top the chicken with the parmesan mayo coating.
