Holy yumminess is the best description I’ve got for this marshmallow cream cheese dip. Two ingredients and only five minutes of your time will result in this sweet, creamy, fluffy goodness.
Back in college a good friend of mine showed me this recipe and I’ve been making it ever since. Seriously the BEST dip ever!
You can dip in
- Fruits (my favorite is strawberries)
- Cookies, crackers
- And I guess I have to admit I’ve licked the spoon once or twice
Kids, both big and small, will love this. Take this along with you to family parties, potlucks, sports gatherings and you’re sure to be the talk of the town.
This recipe SO simple. My kids love to help me in the kitchen when we make this. I’m sure it’s because somehow they always accidentally get some on their fingers and like to like it clean.
You can add in other ingredients to change it up.
- Vanilla extract. Here’s a recipe for a simple Instant Pot vanilla extract
- Pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon
- Graham cracker crumbs
Hollow out a watermelon or other large fruit and stuff with this dip to fancy up its presentation.
How to store marshmallow cream cheese dip?
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week or so, but let’s be honest it won’t be around for that long.
How to make marshmallow cream cheese dip?
In a stand mixer (or hand mixer or even by hand if you feel like getting a workout) add one can of marshmallow fluff. I used Kraft brand. Then add one cup of cream cheese. My favorite brand would be the one and only Philadelphia cream cheese. Blend on medium high to high until well combined and fluffy. If you are planning to add in any other toppings or flavorings I would recommend doing so now. And of course don’t forget to ENJOY!

I super love this!
This is a weird and AMAZING recipe!!
What a sweet dip for parties.
Hello, Relle! I was wondering how this would taste as frosting on a Red Velvet cake. Any comments? Good idea? Bad idea?
Aloha Cindy. This is on the sweeter side. I like it with more tart fruits like berries or the like. It might be a little too sweet on a cake. But I say you never know until you try. Have a great day.
