I don’t know about you, but there’s just something about comfort food that makes any day better. It’s like a big warm hug. One of my favorite ingredients that provides just that is @ragu Old World Style® Meat Sauce. Cook up your family favorite dinners for less and even have some for lunch tomorrow.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
8 servings
.
Ingredients
1 head of cabbage
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup white rice, uncooked
1 egg
½ small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
1 jar RAGÚ® Old World Style® Meat Sauce, divided
.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Cut the core out of the cabbage. Carefully place the whole head of cabbage in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes or until softened. Remove from the water and allow to cool.
3. To a large bowl, add ground beef, rice, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and 1 cup RAGÚ Old World Style® Meat Sauce. Gently mix until just combined and set aside.
4. Pour half of the remaining RAGÚ® sauce into the bottom of a 9” x 13” baking dish and set aside.
5. Lay a single cooked cabbage leaf on your work surface. Scoop about ¼ cup of the beef filling and place on the bottom edge of the cabbage leaf closest to you. Roll the cabbage leaf away from you, tuck in the sides and continue rolling until sealed. Place the seam side of the cabbage roll down into the baking dish. Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and filling.
6. Pour the remainder of the RAGÚ sauce over the cabbage rolls. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour or until the cabbage is tender and the beef is cooked through. Cool slightly and ENJOY!

Pizza Monkey Bread

2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
1 jar RAGÚ® Homemade Style Pizza Sauce
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup pepperoni slices
.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
2. Cut each uncooked biscuit into 4 pieces and place in a large bowl. Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic and 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Toss gently to combine.
3. Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. Layer half of the biscuit mixture in the bottom of the pan. Then top with ½ cup RAGÚ Homemade Style Pizza Sauce, ½ cup mozzarella, half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the pepperoni. Repeat another layer with almost all remaining ingredients, but use just a ½ cup of pizza sauce. Save the remaining pizza sauce for dipping.
4. Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan.
5. Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping and ENJOY!
