In comes Instant Pot egg bites. These egg bites are inspired by Starbucks sous vide eggs bites that have become quite popular on their menu.

Cheesy fluffy eggs with diced spinach cooked up in single servings and packed with protein and other vitamins and minerals. Make these quick and easy in the Instant Pot and store in the fridge for the week. Meal prep for the win.
